Hyperstable lets users lock collateral on Hyperliquid and mint USH against it, an over-collateralised stablecoin and not one backed by off-chain reserves.

Borrowing runs through isolated markets, each with its own collateral, borrow APR and liquidation price, so one market's risk stays contained.
