Kadena is a blockchain platform founded by Stuart Popejoy and William Martino, who helped create JPMorgan's first blockchain and later led the SEC's Crypto Committee.

The project targets scalability, security, and decentralization.

Its flagship feature, Chainweb, is Kadena's layer-1 Proof-of-Work architecture that demonstrates how PoW can scale without sacrificing security or network composability.
