It routes swaps through Uniswap v4 pools, manages liquidity positions automatically, and uses a ve(3,3) model where users lock CATX as veCATX to vote on which pools receive emissions and to earn a share of fees and incentives.

Protocols can bribe voters to direct liquidity towards their own pairs.
