Blob Archive API collects every blob that enters the Ethereum mempool, whether or not it is ultimately confirmed on-chain, through a distributed network of nodes.

For any versionedHash of a blob, the archive can return the versionedHash itself, the commitment, the proof, and counts of zero-bytes and non-zero bytes, plus the blob data.

If a summary view is requested, the response can be provided without including the full blob data, delivering a concise, verifiable view of the blob's characteristics.
