Users can create agreements with custom legal documents, oversee vesting and distributions, and stay compliant with tax withholdings.

The suite supports issuing equity and tokens (RSUs/RTUs, warrants, token warrants), collecting signatures, generating board consents, and updating the cap table.

It tracks vesting, lock-ups and settlements, and prepares distributions as vesting occurs.

Distributions can be approved directly or exported as reports, with token valuations to support audit-defensible values and withholding calculations.
