Besu

Besu is an Ethereum execution client that joined the Hyperledger Foundation in August 2019.

As an Apache 2.0-licensed, Java-based project, it provides a command line interface and JSON-RPC APIs for running, maintaining, debugging, and monitoring nodes across Ethereum networks.

Besu supports smart contract development, deployment, and operations, and powers thousands of Ethereum nodes worldwide.
