Astar provides a development platform for building dApps using both EVM and WASM smart contracts, enabling interoperability across chains through cross-consensus messaging (XCM) and a cross-virtual machine (XVM).

Its Build2Earn program rewards developers for their code and dApps via a dApp staking mechanism.
