Fabric

Fabric is a crowdfinancing protocol implemented as a non-upgradable, EVM-compatible smart contract.

It enables permissionless capital pooling and verifiable upside sharing, at the intersection of a crowdfunding project, an escrow account, and a cap table.

How it works: a creator deploys a crowdfinancing contract on-chain; contributors deposit funds; if the goal is met, the recipient withdraws the pooled funds; otherwise contributors withdraw their deposits.
