In November 2025 several Euler vaults held assets tied to Stream Finance and Elixir, which depegged when Stream became insolvent, leaving the vaults with bad debt and withdrawals blocked.

EulerDebt, built by SeaFi, lets affected depositors sell their vault shares at a price they set instead of waiting for an uncertain recovery, while buyers pick them up at a discount.
